Intermediate Associate / Designer

Kaplan Chen Kaplan provides a full range of architecture and planning services, architectural design and construction documents, as well as construction phase services.

We are seeking a motivated and creative Intermediate Associate/Designer to join our team.

Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with design team to develop creative concepts and solutions for projects.
Support project team and assist in design and production of all phases, schematic design, design development and construction documents.
Assist with bid period and construction administration services.
Utilize organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Salary: $28 – $34, hourly
